As Shawn's career with Ardex advanced, so did the detail industry in which Shawn had an intricate part in shaping the very unique business model and strong marketshare Ardex still has to this day. Justin gets the unique opportunity to dig into Shawn's knowledge of the 79 year history of Ardex, which actually began as a cosmetics manufacturer & how they evolved into one of the highest quality detail product lines in the industry, servicing over 1000 car dealerships on a weekly basis!⁣⁣⠀
