Joel actually comes from the food and mass retail industry, where he spent almost 27 years of his career. Coaching and consulting sales and management teams for International Companies for a number of years, as well as owning a large Bedding Distribution Company (managed by his wife) for the last 15 years has kept Joel quite busy.⁣⁣⠀

Fast forward to now where for the past 4 1/2 years Joel and his partner Jeff Kary have owned IGL Coatings North America, where they have gone from 35 customers to now over 4K registered buyers!⁣⁣⠀
Joel makes clear that his #1 priority is to teach people how to manage, grow and scale their detailing companies. Their intention is to manufacture quality products, stay on the cutting edge of R&D and continue to find solutions to help detailers grow and be successful.⁣⁣⠀
